Dispute Policy

OG Technologies is committed to fair and transparent dealings with every client. This policy explains how we handle disputes and chargebacks.

Fraudulent Charges

We do not charge any credit or debit card without the customer’s authorisation. Payments are always made through a payment link generated by our merchant provider, and we do not support or engage in any fraudulent activity.

Product Not Received

If a customer claims a product was not received while the project is still in progress, and where any delay in delivery has been caused by the customer changing their requirements or by any other delay on the customer’s side, OG Technologies is not responsible for delivering within the timeframe agreed at the start of the project. As set out in our Terms & Conditions, a change of requirements can affect the time and cost of a project.

If the customer no longer wishes to continue, they must submit a cancellation request with a valid reason. This will be reviewed by our quality-assurance team, and a partial refund may be offered where the customer is eligible under our Terms & Conditions.

Product or Service Unacceptable

If a customer considers a product unacceptable, we do not proceed further without the customer’s approval. Once a design has been approved, it cannot be claimed as unacceptable or damaged. We provide revisions until the customer’s concerns are resolved, and we are willing to recreate work from scratch to keep customer satisfaction a priority. Because a dedicated team works on every project, a full reimbursement cannot be claimed on the basis that a product is unacceptable. We do not provide products in physical form, and our service remains open to further revision within a reasonable timeframe if the customer is not satisfied.

Credit Not Processed

A customer may only claim that a credit was not processed where a refund has been confirmed in writing by our billing or customer-care team and we have not processed it within the stated timeframe.

General / Other Disputes

For general or other disputes, we do not accommodate a change of mind, as the company invests its resources and time to provide services to the customer.
